May 02, 2016 Re: ADX Trax Pro & Audacity plug-in question Post by Lvanett2 » Mon May 02, 2016 1:32 am I have no problem paying for a deverb plug-in, depending on how expensive it is (like I might have to consider it more if it costs $100 or more). Audionamix is the global leader in audio source separation. Based on years of audio research, Audionamix has developed the revolutionary ADX Technology allowing content owners to unmix and isolate melodic and spoken elements from a master recording. Audionamix ADX Trax. Spectral editor (download). Is mastering a black art best left to the professionals, or with the right technology, is it something that anyone can attempt? Test results. Obviously there is no way to do this perfectly, but what is your guys' go to method for isolating the vocals from a full mix? Soloing the center channel and filtering off some low end can only get you so far, I am looking for something a little more in depth
I remember using a plugin by quik quak a few years back that did a decent job, which let you isolate specific parts of the audio spectrum by drawing in circles where you saw the most energy when the vocals were there. Does any other software offer something similar but more precise/better quality?
